At OverstockBay, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Size issues are eligible under exchange conditions
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Clearance sale or final sale products
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID and product images if required
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return Process

For approved return requests:

  • Pickup may be arranged depending on service availability
  • Customers may be asked to self-ship in certain locations
  • Returned products will undergo quality inspection before approval

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.

Refund timelines:

  • Online Payments: 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer or store credit may be provided

Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees may be non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or unboxing proof.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Important Notes

OverstockBay reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if:

  • Product condition fails inspection
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Return request violates policy conditions
