Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Eligible return request approved after inspection

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Product unavailable after order placement

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products by customer

  • Requests raised beyond the allowed return period

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or convenience charges (unless due to our error)

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method

  • Customers will receive confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

Refund Timeline

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days

  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 business days

  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit

  • Customers may be required to share valid bank or UPI details

Failed or Delayed Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider first

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team

Order Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before shipment are generally eligible for full refund.

Once shipped, refunds will only be processed according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

Policy Rights

OverstockBay reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving policy abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of terms.
